Si annuncia con l’intensità del suo profumo, pervaso
da chiare note di malto. Si fa riconoscere per la sua
schiuma, compatta, fi ne e persistente. Lei, decisa
e moderatamente frizzante, afferma così il suo gusto,
permettendo al nostro palato di scoprirne ogni
particolare: dall’equilibrio perfetto del suo corpo,
a quel non-so-che di delicatamente amaro che
abbraccia il suo aroma, morbido e tostato.
Ma prima di tutto è il suo colore a parlare di
questa birra: indiscutibilmente ambrato, come si
addice ad una protagonista di carattere, proprio
